Mac DeMarco-My Kind Of Woman

For something that was a part of such a hilarious facade Mac DeMarco’s Rock And Roll Night Club EP did quite well earlier this year. The release was full of incredibly catchy, slightly over sensualized, lo-fi saturated songs that had a special way of bringing listeners closer to DeMarco’s world and once it was over fans were left expecting what would come next and when. Well on October 16th the former Makeout Videotape front man will be dropping his debut full length on Captured Tracks simply named 2 and luckily enough we already have a small taste of what to expect. The first single from the album a slow, almost romantic number titled “My Kind of Woman”. It’s stripped down and straightforward but honestly that’s what makes the track that much more enjoyable. “My Kind Of Woman” is available for a free download on soundcloud and you can stream Rock and Roll Night Club via Spotify.
